What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
