You should have: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing Day to day you will record production counts on the shift sheet; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton.
