Baker — Carroll County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Carroll County, Kentucky. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Performance bonus on top of base pay.
