Surface coating operator wanted in Marshall County

Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Marshall County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
