CNC programmer-operator — Benton County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Benton County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience The role involves: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm Part-time with flexible hours.
