Kitchen porter — Hale County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Hale County, Alabama. You will be based in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
