Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders.
