Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Crook County, Wyoming. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
