Now hiring: we are hiring a vertical milling machine operator in Clinton County, Iowa. You will work in a toolroom. The role involves carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. What we are looking for: • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls 1+ years on the tools preferred.
