Bakery assistant • Craighead County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Craighead County, Arkansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
