Sausage maker — Catoosa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sausage maker in Catoosa County, Georgia. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
