Cake decorator — Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker On a typical shift you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
