Fast-fit technician — Greene County

Now hiring: we are hiring a fast-fit technician in Greene County, New York. The job is in a tyre and puncture shop. What we are looking for: • Awareness of workshop health and safety • A good eye for tread wear and sidewall damage • Comfortable working outdoors and in all weathers On a typical shift you will log fitments and advise customers on tyre wear and replacement; vulcanize larger cuts on commercial tyres; remove and refit hub caps and locking wheel nuts; inflate tyres to the manufacturer's recommended PSI, including nitrogen fills; replace faulty valves and reset TPMS sensors; keep the tyre bay tidy and dispose of scrap tyres. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours.
