Meat cutter — Madison County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Madison County, Arkansas. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. The role involves: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Full-time, day shift.
