Kitchen steward — Kudan

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Kudan, Kaduna State. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
