Immediate opening: we are hiring an elevator technician in Clark County, Ohio. Day-to-day duties: • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Test buffers, final limit switches and the emergency brake • Run load and overload tests with test weights • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork What we are looking for: • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
