Join our team: we are hiring a sample machinist in Medina County, Ohio. The job is in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Requirements: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams The role involves: • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance 5+ years on the tools preferred.
