Paint and prep technician • Todd County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Todd County, Minnesota. You will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. Ideal candidate: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
