Bricklayer wanted in Eddy County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Eddy County, New Mexico. You will work at a groundworks and structures site. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding The role involves mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
