Meat cutter — Little River County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a meat cutter in Little River County, Arkansas. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. You should have: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts.
