Line cook — Noble County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a line cook in Noble County, Indiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. You will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Part-time with flexible hours.
