Track-type tractor operator — Monroe County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a track-type tractor operator in Monroe County, Illinois. You will be based on a road construction project. Day-to-day duties: • Spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle What we are looking for: • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
