We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Lagos Mainland Local Government Area, Lagos State. The job is at a halal meat counter. You should have: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths The role involves mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦1,300 per hour plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Contact us to fix an interview.
