Great opportunity: we are hiring a rebar worker in Steele County, North Dakota. The job is on a civil engineering bridge and roads site. You should have: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements Your main tasks: • Fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
