Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Warwickshire, England. You will be based at a fabrication and machining plant. On a typical shift you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
