Maintenance painter • Pawnee County, Nebraska

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Pawnee County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage The role involves mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting; clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; measure up and work out paint and material quantities; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
