Join our team: we are hiring a chef de partie in Pierce County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Day to day you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
