System formwork carpenter wanted in Clarion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Clarion County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a bridge and flyover project. The role involves brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour; apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters. Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Full-time with occasional weekends.
