Marble mason — Columbia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a marble mason in Columbia County, Florida. You will be based in a stone processing yard. Day-to-day duties: • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Grind and hone uneven floors flat before the final polish • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Full-time, day shift.
