Fine-dining server — Glades County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Glades County, Florida. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness Day-to-day duties: • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Clear and reset tables between covers • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager 5+ years on the tools preferred.
