Trainee butcher — Blackburn with Darwen

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a trainee butcher in Blackburn with Darwen, England. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders Full-time, day shift.
