Coating plant operator — Kiyawa

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Kiyawa, Jigawa State. The job is on an industrial coating line. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦1,700 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
