Immediate opening: uPVC welding machine operator (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Polk County, Texas. You will be based in the profile cutting and welding bay. Requirements: • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits The role involves insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile. At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $3,600 per month plus benefits.
