The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code You should have: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
