Chiller technician — Pickens County

Join our team: we are hiring a chiller technician in Pickens County, Alabama. The job is in an AC and refrigeration showroom. What we are looking for: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC The role involves: • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
