Café server • Union County, Ohio

Vacancy available: we are hiring a café server in Union County, Ohio. You will be based at a banquet hall. Requirements: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Clear and reset tables between covers • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Six days a week, one day off.
