Kitchen porter • Goronyo, Sokoto State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Goronyo, Sokoto State. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service. Requirements: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
