We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Osceola County, Michigan. The role involves watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity; follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure. You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Understanding of hand and radio signals Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
