You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to get to site • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Your main tasks: • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds Rotating shifts.
