Die-casting operator • Fayette County, West Virginia

We are recruiting: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Fayette County, West Virginia. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry Full-time, day shift.
