Pastry baker — Greenwood County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Greenwood County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Food handler / hygiene certificate Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
