Excavator operator • Plumas County, California

Vacancy available: we are hiring an excavator operator in Plumas County, California. You will be based at a drainage and utilities contractor. Your main tasks: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels What we are looking for: • Valid CPCS/NPORS card or local heavy-equipment licence • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
