Dough maker • Cross County, Arkansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Cross County, Arkansas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Full-time with occasional weekends.
