Immediate opening: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Etowah County, Alabama. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
