You will call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off; wear a helmet and reflective jacket and follow road-safety rules.
