Renovation plasterer — Osceola County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a renovation plasterer in Osceola County, Iowa. You will be based at a new-build housing development. Day to day you will patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. Ideal candidate: • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents 5+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
