Your main tasks: • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
