Counter butcher wanted in Cole County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a counter butcher in Cole County, Missouri. The role involves keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • 2+ years experience working as a butcher 2+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
