Bread and bun maker • Morgan County, Ohio

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Morgan County, Ohio. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,300 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
