Kitchenhand wanted in Nelson County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Nelson County, Kentucky. The job is at a fast-food outlet. The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
